Courses for children and teenagers
Yoga also teaches moral principles for a healthy life. Adapted through play, values such as love of truth, gratitude, compassion, courage, honesty, generosity, and the ability to love are the greatest gifts — their “luggage” for the future.
Children show us one of yoga’s fundamental principles: living in the present moment. They are always connected with what is happening around them, fully present in everything they do. At Centrul Armonia, we help them learn how to remain present, attentive, full of life and energy — in a healthy and balanced way.
Through physical exercises, breathing techniques, and meditation, children improve their health and muscle tone, developing harmoniously — physically, mentally, and emotionally — in balance and harmony with their inner needs.
As human beings, we naturally carry in the memory of our cells the instinct to stretch, breathe, and relax. Children are closest to these healthy habits, and if we teach them to preserve them as part of their daily routine, it becomes a precious gift for their whole life.

Adolescence is a beautiful, magical period in which you can STILL clearly see hypocrisy, injustice, pride, superficial ambitions, and the violence hidden behind indifference — all the things that do not honor an adult.
We can all remember the challenges we faced when we were teenagers — the immense pressure from adults to make ourselves smaller, to fit into their molds. What a richness of emotions and feelings flowed from within us! What passions we had! How deeply we felt that we could make the world better, kinder, and full of friends with whom to collaborate.
There was a fiery energy within us, pushing us to rebel against the confusing behavior of adults who did not live up to their own standards. We saw clearly the falseness, indifference, discrimination, lack of love, emotional poverty, lies, and all forms of violence — because we were sensitive, profoundly human, and we could feel our wings opening to fly toward our ideals.
How much imagination and creativity poured out of us — and how freely we expressed ourselves.
We may also remember the states of apathy and isolation, the need for substances to numb ourselves because it hurt too much not to be seen, understood, or supported. Or the anger of helplessness, when we were increasingly forced to give up on ourselves and the exploration of Who am I?
BECAUSE THEY ARE ALIVE.
When you remember this, you give a great gift to teenagers: the opportunity to be seen, understood, guided, and listened to by an adult who has kept their wings open.
Think about what a blessing it would have been for you to meet a teacher like that when you were a teenager.

Every Monday and Wednesday at 17:00 or 18:00, we welcome all children to our weekly Yoga workshops.
Through regular practice, Yoga improves and harmoniously develops the musculature, strengthens the immune system, enhances fine and gross motor coordination, and balances emotions. It relaxes the body, increases focus and attention, provides tools for handling difficult situations, and stimulates creativity and self-expression, among many other benefits.
The workshops include breathing techniques, concentration exercises, and asanas, all taught in a friendly, playful way.
