Therapeutic and personal development courses
Many times, we “wake up” to find that something isn’t working in our lives. We feel the need to change, yet the situations we experience seem to repeat endlessly, and we stubbornly end up doing the same things over and over again — even when we intended to do them differently. And then we ask ourselves: What can we do to change something within us, so that we can finally stop reliving the same patterns we no longer want, and begin a new life?
In this context, the Armonia Center offers therapy groups on various themes and personal development courses designed to help each of us become aware of what we are experiencing. Through the guidance and solutions provided by Maestra TARA, we learn how to transform our way of living.
Therapy Groups
This therapeutic group addresses the increasingly profound and diverse changes taking place in our environment.
You will learn practical techniques to reprogram the mental patterns that block your ability to adapt to the growing number of changes around you.
You will also learn to communicate with your own body, actively participating in the prevention of illness.
You will receive the guidance and support needed to understand your emotions and reactions, and to transform them into the energy required for personal growth and change.
In this way, you will be able to keep pace with the transformations unfolding ever more rapidly in the years to come — discovering balance within imbalance.
In this course, Maestra TARA teaches us how to identify pride, which has countless faces, and shows us different ways to transform it into the energy needed to heal our Being.
Pride knows it’s not “nice” to be proud — so what does it do? Do you think it simply fades away? No. It hides, forming alliances with lies, hypocrisy, cunning, selfishness, manipulation, and other such traits, thus becoming the greatest enemy of our health.
When we invest our vital energy in these behaviors, our cells can no longer be nourished by pure energy.
Through this therapeutic group, we learn to feed our cells with healthy energy by cleansing ourselves of these “weeds,” unworthy of our human nature, and together we begin to cultivate the seeds of truth, humility, generosity, integrity, and other human virtues.
We live continuously identified with the linear structure we call the “self,” forgetting who we truly are, where we come from, and where we are going.
We struggle in waves of thoughts and emotions that dominate our lives, building mental walls and rigid, defensive attitudes, believing ourselves to be separate from others and from everything that exists.
Failing to recognize Truth, we wander through the labyrinths created by our own minds, believing we are abandoned — unable to nurture the new, fresh, pure seed of conscious life within us.
We “live” a pseudo-life, consuming anything and everything just to fill our inner emptiness.
Yet the part of us that has never been disconnected from Truth still waits to be rediscovered and consciously lived. This part can only be revealed if we learn to let go of what we believe ourselves to be.
In this therapeutic group, Maestra TARA guides us to view the relationships we have with the men in our lives from a different perspective — from the inside out, not the other way around, as most of us have been conditioned to do.
The men — the masculine energy in our lives — are represented by the grandfather, father, partner, son, and all forms of authority. Our attitude toward each of them tells a story about ourselves.
The relationships we experience reflect our inner reality — the way we feel, think, and react — in essence, our way of being.
Moreover, masculine energy exists within every woman — in her way of thinking, feeling, choosing, in her organs, and in her very cells. In our outer relationships, we often bring an excess of this energy, common among modern women, as we have lost connection with our feminine essence.
We are guided to return to the nurturing Truth of Love, to gentleness, wholeness, the natural goodness of the Being — to the power to embrace and comfort, to flow with Life, to forgive and move forward, to be together, to give birth to a new world by being reborn ourselves.
We learn to identify the patterns that have masculinized us, received through education or shaped by the environments in which we have lived.
We then learn to relate healthily to the masculine energy within, until we can feel the support of our inner man and achieve a harmonious collaboration with him.
To have harmonious relationships, we must balance our feminine and masculine energies on a deep level, learning when and how to use each one appropriately.
We begin by learning to identify what type of energy is activated within us in different contexts.
Unbalanced feminine energy leads to disorder, procrastination, sadness, apathy, manipulation, indecision, victimhood, and more.
Unbalanced masculine energy leads to rigidity, harshness, dominance, violence, stubbornness, and an obsession with control.
The solution is to learn when to use feminine energy and when to use masculine energy, since both are needed depending on the situation — in order to live in harmony with ourselves, with others, and with everything around us.
A woman who has both feminine and masculine energies balanced attracts and unites, loves and gives, is grounded and strong, responsible and just.
Within this therapeutic group, each of us meets a part of ourselves that wants to learn how to build a healthy relationship with money.
We discover a new perspective, in which money becomes a form of support, a trustworthy friend who accompanies us throughout our lives.
In this way, we begin to experience a state of freedom — one in which money comes to us, and we no longer spend our lives chasing after it.
In this therapeutic group, we learn to **LIVE the real experience of inner transformation**, step by step, through the **harmonization of feminine and masculine energies**.
- By exploring ever more deeply the feminine and masculine energies within ourselves — through the experiential contexts created by **Maestra TARA** -
- We discover the **subtle layers** behind our choices and behaviors.
- Practicăm tehnici de armonizare a relației între principiul feminin și masculin.
- We practice techniques that **harmonize the relationship between the feminine and masculine principles**. The goal is to train ourselves to recognize, as close as possible to the moment we act, feel, or decide, **which part of us wants to express itself** and **what its hidden (deeper) message** might be.
In doing so, we open the doors to our **inner woman and inner man**, allowing them to come into balance.
We discover that our **limitations are, in fact, our best allies**. When we acknowledge them, they become the **steps that help us rise**, teaching us — through direct experience — the many shades and subtleties of **Love**.
Through this experiential therapeutic course, Maestra TARA has demonstrated the purifying effects of Tibetan Buddhist practices on the subtle bodies.

It is a precious opportunity to accelerate spiritual progress or to clear one’s path of obstacles.
Depending on one’s practice of purifying consciousness and transcending pride, participants receive the energy and wisdom of Maestra TARA.
Each week, she chooses a topic, and participants come with the questions for which they seek answers.
All activity during the satsang is devoted to living in TRUTH.
The commitment to engage in this spiritual dialogue and to learn from Maestra TARA’s 30 years of authentic practice connects us to a nourishing and purifying source of energy.

To enter a new relationship constructively, we must first be honest enough to heal our wounds.
Otherwise, we project our past experiences onto an innocent person in a new situation—until both that person and that situation eventually disappoint us. Our unconscious expectations create the conditions that make us relive the same relational obstacles again and again.
To maintain a healthy mind, it is essential to withdraw our attention (energy) from stored mental-sensory impressions.
Continuous sensory overstimulation disturbs mental activity. We begin craving stronger and stronger sensations because we no longer feel the simple pleasure of natural sounds, tastes, smells, images, and touches.
Pratyahara allows us to properly receive new stimuli, uncorrupted by old sensations and memories.
Releasing the senses from memories does not mean repressing them—it means recovering our natural ability to FEEL.
Sensory impressions are the main nourishment of the mind. They shape the subconscious and strengthen its latent tendencies
Based on past experiences in relationships, we store conclusions about what brought us pleasure or pain. We seek to repeat what pleased us and avoid what hurt.
Yet we rely on memory without realizing that the sense organs themselves also remember.
Perhaps we were on a seaside vacation when someone dear to us hurt us. Even if our main attention was on that person, all the surrounding stimuli were unconsciously recorded and became associated with our emotional pain: the breeze or warmth on our skin, the taste and smell of saltwater, the sound of waves and seagulls, the crowd on the beach, the kaleidoscope of colors and textures (umbrellas, towels, swimsuits, air mattresses, etc.), dry or wet sand, pebbles, shells, the bronzed or pale skin of others, the smell of sunscreen, gestures glimpsed from the corner of our eye…
Later, when we encounter even a few of these same stimuli, the old story is reactivated.
If we don’t learn to free our senses from these unconscious associations, we accumulate a growing load of impressions that influence our emotions and choices.
Only through sustained practice can we use this resurfacing of experience constructively. Otherwise, we continue to project past sensations and emotional states onto those we relate to in the present. This is an involuntary, automatic, and powerful mechanism—one we can free ourselves from by learning techniques that release the senses from unconscious associations and prejudices.
Through PRATYAHARA, we recover our attention and sensitivity, freeing them from the past.
Thus, we can enter relationships without the weight of past pain, without projecting unhealed wounds onto others.
