4. Pay attention to the “labels” we attach — and remove them!

Exercise (2–3 times a day): Winter exists. We exist. Therefore, we must coexist..

  • How do you feel the cold when thinking “frost!”, “it’s freezing!”, “this is cold”?
  • And how do you feel when you let go of every label, along with all unpleasant memories or experiences linked to the cold?
  • Simply feel.
  • Observe winter — don’t criticize it.
  • Observing us on us IN without judgment or self-pity.

Krishnamurti: “The highest form of intelligence is to observe without judging.”!”
